Welcome to our list of Cruelty-Free brands! This list is a comprehensive collection of cruelty-free brands, across categories, that are available in India. To be a part of this list, brands have to pass our cruelty-free criteria, and once verified, we will feature them here! Our aim is to make this list as transparent, and as comprehensive as possible.
We hope that you make this list your personal guide to cruelty-free shopping. If you find that a brand has not been listed here and it should be, please reach out to us.
About our cruelty-free brands list
When it comes to certifications, we look for one of the following cruelty-free certifications – Leaping Bunny, CCF Rabbit, Caring Consumer by PETA. Of course, singing up for these certifications is voluntary – these certifications require payment of a fee – which is why there are cruelty-free brands that are not affiliated with any cruelty-free organization.
Do note that not all the brands in this list are vegan. We’ve specifically called out a brand if it is 100% vegan. We’ve also mentioned any cruelty-free certifications that a brand may carry, as well as any correspondence that we may have had with a brand. The legend shown here will help. We’ve also mentioned if a brand is owned by a parent company that is not cruelty-free.
